Police visit to talk about Racism and Bullying
Today the Police have visited to tell everyone about racism and bullying in a whole school assembly. The children have learned how to treat each other with respect and that things that make us different also make us interesting and unique. At Woodlands we celebrate our differences, we have such a diverse population with roughly 24 Nationalities, 21 Ethnicities and 39 different languages!
Racism sadly still impacts many lives, if you or someone you know have been the victim of a hate crime please report it.
If your child has experienced bullying in school please speak to their teacher, our Behaviour support managers or the Head. We will ensure all information is recorded and relevant parties are contacted if needed.
Different ways you can report:
In an emergency – call 999
Non-emergency – call 101
